AI Workout Planner: Gym & Home (“the App”) is provided by CodeCare Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use AI Workout Planner: Gym & Home, how limited analytics information may be collected, and how your workout information is stored and protected.
AI Workout Planner: Gym & Home is designed with privacy in mind.
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or other direct contact information to use the App.
Your workout and fitness information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to help us improve its features and overall user experience.

The App allows you to create, record, organize, and manage workout and fitness information, which may include:

Exercise records and personal bests
Custom exercises

Workout preferences
This information is used to provide the App's workout planning, workout tracking, history, progress, and related fitness features.
Your workout and fitness information is stored locally on your device.
We do not receive, upload, or store your workout information on our servers.
Workout and fitness information entered into the App is not intentionally sent to Firebase Analytics.
Your workout information and App preferences are stored locally on your device.
This locally stored information remains under your control and is not stored on servers operated by CodeCare Studio.
You can delete workout information using functionality provided within the App.
Deleting the App may also remove locally stored App information, subject to your device's operating system, backup, and restore settings.
Because we do not maintain a server-side copy of your workout information, we generally cannot restore locally deleted workout information.
AI Workout Planner: Gym & Home does not currently access, read, write, or synchronize information with Apple Health or HealthKit.
The App does not currently request HealthKit permissions.
Workout information entered into the App remains separate from Apple Health.
If Apple Health or HealthKit integration is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to better understand how users interact with the App.

Firebase Analytics may use device-level or app-instance identifiers for analytics measurement.

We do not use Firebase Analytics data for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.
We do not intentionally combine analytics information collected from the App with information from other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.

AI Workout Planner: Gym & Home does not currently require user registration or an online account.
The App does not require you to provide:

Because no online account is created with us, we do not maintain an online user profile containing your workout information.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your workout or fitness information.
We do not share your locally stored workout information with advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers.
Limited analytics information described in this Privacy Policy is processed through Google Firebase Analytics, a third-party analytics service used to help us understand App usage.
Google may process analytics information in accordance with its applicable privacy policies and data-processing practices.
We expect third-party service providers used by the App to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Workout and fitness information is retained locally on your device until you delete that information or remove the App, subject to your device's backup and restore functionality.
Because locally stored workout information is not maintained on our servers, we cannot remotely access or delete that information.
You can manage or delete locally stored workout information through the App or by deleting the App from your device.
Analytics information collected through Firebase Analytics may be retained and processed by Google according to Firebase and Google Analytics data-retention practices.
Because the App does not require an account and we do not intentionally associate analytics information with your name, email address, or another direct identifier, we may not be able to identify a particular Firebase Analytics record as belonging to a specific individual based solely on a privacy request.
Deleting the App stops future analytics collection from that installation of the App.

If you have a medical condition, injury, health concern, or questions about whether an exercise program is appropriate for you, consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience severe pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or other concerning symptoms.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics for analytics purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.
The App may also provide links that open external websites or services, such as support pages, privacy information, or other informational resources.
Once you leave the App and access an independently operated third-party website or service, that third party's privacy practices apply.

Because your workout information is stored locally on your device, you can control that information directly through the App.

Delete individual workout information where the App provides that functionality
Remove locally stored information by deleting the App, subject to device backup settings
