We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly provided by the user. The App operates offline, and all data related to workouts is stored locally on your device.

Data Stored on Your Device

• Exercise names and details (e.g., sets, reps, weight, time, distance).

• Timer settings and workout history.

• Exported data files in JSON format (only if the user explicitly exports data).

Subscription and Payment Data

When you purchase a subscription, Apple processes the payment through the App Store. We do not store or process your payment details. We may receive anonymized subscription status data from Apple to enable or restrict access to premium features.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To enable workout tracking, timer functionality, and data export/import.

• To manage access to premium features based on your subscription status.

• To enhance your user experience and provide seamless fitness tracking.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

Your data is securely stored on your device. We recommend enabling device security measures (e.g., PIN codes, biometric locks) to protect your workout data.

We do not store or process payment details. All transactions are handled by Apple via the App Store’s secure payment system.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information.

• Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

• Refunds: Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple via Apple Support.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Yandex AppMetrica to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us improve the App by understanding how users interact with it.

• The collected data does not include personally identifiable information (PII).

• Yandex AppMetrica may collect device information, usage statistics, and crash reports.

We do not use third-party advertising services, and your data is not shared with advertisers.

6. User Rights

As all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it.

• You can delete your workout data by uninstalling the App or clearing files through the App’s settings.

• You can manage your subscription via Apple ID settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and take effect immediately upon publication.
