Israel is pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at West Virginia University, with a focus on applying AI and machine learning for safety and healthcare. His current research focuses on long-context modelling for video-based analysis, with potential applications in safety-related domains.
Before joining the M.S. program in CS, Israel completed his M.S. in Industrial Engineering at WVU. He also has two years of experience as a software developer, delivering real-world solutions across a range of applications. He earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Lagos State University, Nigeria, in 2021.
Outside of academics and research, Israel enjoys listening to music, playing the drums, singing, drawing, dancing, creative design using Adobe software, and content creation.
