App Description

GWMART is a business connective app that connects clients with services.  A vendor publishes his business and work, a client finds him, see his location, book his services, and makes payment to the vendor.

 Collecting and Using User's Personal Data

The app collects users data for the purpose of offering user a seamless service via the app. User data that may be collected in the app are personal data like user's name, email, phone number, image and address, user location may also be detected in order to allow clients and vendors locate each other. During payment backing information may also be collected by the payment gateway to be used to process a secured payment. 

Note: We do not collect or share any of your personal data with third parties without the permission of the user of the app.

Permission

Depending on your device, GWMART may request you to enable your location detector, this is done to be able to discover a vendor and calculator your distance from the vendor, and as a vendor, detecting your location will allow clients to find your and know your location. App may also request access to your Media Files, this is done for you to be able to add user profile image or add business images as a vendor.

The app uses a payment gateway, may we can share your payment data with the payment gateway we use which is Paystack.

We do not collect user data, unless you specifically trigger such permission and we do not share user data with any third party application.

Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do  not collect information from children through our application. Whoever is using this application is attesting to have agreed with the terms and conditions which includes, is up to 16 years old and is liable for any person issues that may occur as a result of using this app.
