•   Delivered wellness education and incident support for law enforcement personnel.  

•   Advocated for mental health resources and conducted employee debriefings.

•   Peer Support Co-Lead: Manage the peer support team, serve as a liaison between the peer support team and the clinical coordinator, and provide education on mental health and wellness.
