Greyhound Volleyball Booster Club

ABOUT THE BOOSTER CLUB

The club meets approximately 9 times per year. Once per month in-season and every-other month in the off-season. This year, the primary tasks will be coordination of the East Invitational Tournament that is held in later-September as well as coordination of concessions volunteers for the home games. All tasks are divided among members of the Board and non-Board parents are encouraged to participate. Three leadership positions exist on the board: president, secretary, and treasurer. All other Board members are considered “at-large” members. Almost all of the work is shared and there is a role for anyone no matter how much or little time you can give. Much of the events and tasks are set up in electronic files with instructions and checklists that can be followed very easily.

Contact a Board Member or Coach if you are interested in becoming more involved.

How Can You Support Teams Through the Greyhound Volleyball Booster Club?

The Greyound Volleyball Booster Club (GVBC) serves to promote and support eastern Duluth Volleyball programs, and to unify the efforts of individuals and organizations working in the interest of Duluth East High School's volleyball program.

School funding for athletic programs is becoming more scarce and is requiring parents, coaches, and members of the community to become more active in athletic programs.

The Greyhound Volleyball Booster Club raises money through donations, sponsorships, concessions, and fundraising.  Consider becoming a board member of volunteer at events and fundraisers. All money raised supports the East High School volleyball program!

Booster Club Meetings are held each month, year-round. Everyone is always welcome! Contact a Board Member for details.
