Our company, HORUS, was established in 2023. We are devoted to ensuring the optimization of robotic surgery. We work to eliminate human error and increase reliability within the surgical field of medicine.
At HORUS we strive to ensure the optimization of robotic surgery to eliminate human error, increase reliability, and minimize invasive surgeries while ensuring marginal recovery time. We aim to Implement the highest level of safety, efficiency, and precision in hospitals.
Our current project, Scarab, is a product that will revolutionize robots in the medical world as we know today. Providing everyday, efficient, and dependable surgeries while eliminating human error.
... To make surgeries safer
... To help eliminate human error in the surgical field
... To help increase reliability and efficacy in the medical world
HORUS is devoted to creating a more efficient and precise way of surgery. Implementing our robot in medicine creates precise and minimally invasive incisions and dramatically decreases recovery time while still being the safest and most reliable form of surgery.
Scarab is our solution to inefficient and unsafe surgical procedures created by human error in medicine. From reliability and minimally invasive surgeries to marginal recovery time - our product can do it all.
Our design has three separate components in order to maximize productivity- the dual claw system, the arm, and the brain-catching device.
The dual claw attached to our arm is implemented in attempt make it significantly easier to lift the arteries. With two claws instead of just one, removing and transporting arteries are more efficientÂ
Our arm is designed to be able to rotate a full 360 degrees allowing it to seamlessly pick up and transport the coronary arteries. The pulley allows the claws to easily place the arteries into position.
This open box is used to catch brain samples after autonomously removing them from the game field. The attached servo acts to raise the box after the brain samples are caught so as to not hinder transportation.
