As I wandered through ancient wood
Deep in a hidden clearing stood
A goliath, that I understood
Was the Angelshroom
O Forest Lord, O wooded King,
Is thine domain so troubling?
For from its fecund depths doth spring
The Angelshroom
Its pale hood doth gently sway
Accursed by beast and man and fey
E'en sunlight knows to hide away
From the Angelshroom
In its shadows, spores doth prance
In a cold, ethereal dance
The Lord protect thee from the trance
Of the Angelshroom
May the pines lock it away
Till the leaves and grass turn gray
In woods eternal shall it stay
O AngelshroomÂ
