- Booking Data: Details regarding your travel routes, selected seats, and travel dates.

- Device Data: We collect device tokens to send you push notifications regarding your ticket status and live tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

- To facilitate bus ticket bookings and generate digital PDF tickets.

- To process secure payments via ConnectIPS (we do not store your banking or ConnectIPS credentials on our servers).

- To send you important notifications regarding your journey, payment status, and account updates.

- To provide customer support via our WhatsApp integration.

3. Third-Party Services

Our App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

- Google Play Services

- Google Cloud Services (for Google Sign-In authentication)

- ConnectIPS Payment Gateway

4. Data Security and Storage

We value your trust in providing your personal information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it. Your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS to our dedicated backend servers. PDF tickets are generated and stored locally on your device's public Downloads directory using Android's secure MediaStore API and iOS iTunes File Sharing, ensuring you have full control over your files.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to the App Drawer menu and selecting "Delete Account".
