I am Research Lead of the Skills vertical at JustJobs Network, Delhi, with over six years of professional experience in research, policy analysis, and data science. I worked as a Data Scientist at IBM India for two years before pursuing my doctoral studies. I received my Ph.D. in Economics in December 2021 from the Department of Economics and Management “Marco Fanno,” University of Padova, Italy, during which I also visited Boston University as a research scholar.

Following my Ph.D., I held postdoctoral positions at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic; Department of Economics, University of Padova, Italy; and the India Development Foundation, Delhi, where I conducted research on diverse topics.

My research interests lie at the intersection of development economics, family economics, labor economics, and the economics of education. I employ micro-econometric methods to investigate salient socioeconomic issues of policy relevance, with a particular focus on gender, fertility, human capital formation, child development, family dynamics, and discrimination.
