SARIPH INTERNATIONAL (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and operates the mobile application named Gullak Cash: Piggy Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). This Privacy Policy is formulated to inform you of how we collect, use, store, protect and share your personal information when you use our App, as well as your rights related to personal privacy.
By downloading, accessing and using this App, you fully agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any content of this policy, please stop using our App immediately.
We only collect the necessary information to realize the core functions of the App, including the following content:
Mobile Phone Number & OTP Verification Code: When you use the phone OTP login function, you need to submit your mobile phone number to receive the one-time verification code. This information is used only to complete your account authentication, bind your personal saving data, and realize cross-device saving record synchronization. We will not use your mobile number for any marketing, spam SMS push purposes without your explicit authorization.
User ID: The unique account identifier generated after your successful OTP login, used to associate all your saved savings goal data, to ensure your saving records can be synchronized between different devices under the same account;
Device ID: The unique identifier of your mobile device, collected to prevent malicious account abuse, secure your account login environment, protect your account data security, and assist us in verifying the legitimacy of cross-device login requests.
We integrate Adjust SDK into the App. This SDK will collect anonymous advertising statistical data for us, which is only used to analyze advertising channel effect, user installation source statistics, and optimize our product operation and promotion strategies. Adjust will not obtain your identity-sensitive personal information without our authorization.
All the savings goal information you create in the App (including saving goal title, target amount, current savings balance, goal deadline, selected goal category) will be bound to your User ID and stored securely for cross-device data synchronization.
We only use your personal information for the following legitimate purposes, and will never use your data beyond the scope agreed in this policy:
Complete your account identity authentication via mobile phone number + OTP, create your exclusive user account;
Realize the core function of saving record storage and cross-device data synchronization, ensure you can normally view, add and manage your savings goals when logging into the same account on different devices;
Identify abnormal login and malicious account behaviors by Device ID, protect your account and personal saving data security;
Conduct anonymous advertising data statistics through Adjust SDK, analyze user channel sources, optimize product operation and user experience;
Respond to your consultation, feedback and rights requests via the reserved contact email.
Your personal account information and saving data will be stored on our secure encrypted server, we adopt industry-standard encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering or destruction;
We will only retain your personal information within the necessary service period. When you apply for account cancellation, we will completely delete your User ID, bound mobile phone number, Device ID and all your saving goal data within the legal time limit;
We restrict internal employee access to user data, only authorized operation and technical personnel can access user data under strict permission supervision.
We promise that we will never sell, rent or trade your personal sensitive information to any third-party companies, organizations or individuals for commercial purposes. We only share your anonymous non-identifiable statistical data with Adjust SDK for advertising effect statistics. No sensitive personal information such as your mobile phone number, User ID, Device ID will be disclosed to any unauthorized third parties.
Access Right: You have the right to inquire about all your personal information and saving data stored under your account;
Deletion Right: You can apply to delete your account and all associated personal data by contacting our official email;
Withdraw Authorization Right: You have the right to stop us from collecting your device information by ceasing the use of this App. After you uninstall the App, we will no longer obtain your new device data;
Complaint Right: If you think we have violated this privacy policy and infringed your privacy rights, you can send an email to our official contact address to file a complaint.
Our App is not oriented to users under the age of 13. We will never intentionally collect any personal information from minors under 13 years old. If you are a guardian and find that your minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy irregularly. Once we update the policy content, we will release the latest version in the App. Your continuous use of the App after the policy update means you agree to accept the revised privacy terms.
