I was born in New Jersey, where I spent my first year before embarking on an international journey that took me through Nicaragua, Bolivia, Honduras, and Mexico. Growing up immersed in diverse cultures has profoundly shaped my worldview and fueled my creativity. As a professional chef, I’ve learned the art of blending flavors and techniques to craft unique culinary experiences, a passion that translates into every aspect of my life. Today, my journey continues at Xray School, where I see a powerful opportunity not only to enhance my skills but also to create a positive impact on my community.

This semester has been a rewarding experience that challenged me to grow both academically and personally. Creating and refining my ePortfolio allowed me to reflect on the work I completed throughout the course and recognize the progress I made over time. I learned how to present my ideas clearly, organize digital content effectively, and express myself through writing and visual design. The feedback I received helped me improve my communication skills and better understand how to create content that is both informative and engaging. Most importantly, this project helped me take pride in my accomplishments and build confidence in my ability to use technology to showcase my learning. I now have a better sense of how to present myself professionally, which will benefit me in future classes and in my career.
