 I am a Professor of economics at CY Cergy Paris University. My research projects are also supported by   the LIEPP (Sciences Po) , the French National Research Agency (ANR), the Société du Grand Paris and the PUCA/USH consortium "les défis économiques du foncier".  I'm working on urban  and housing economics, transport,  taxation and public policy evaluation.  I'm also developing and teaching Python Based solutions in order to produce and manage new datasets for economists and social scientists. 

I am the head of the Masters in Economics, Data and Sustainability
