I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the group of Eike Kiltz at Ruhr-Universitat Bochum (RUB). I did my Ph.D. in the Cryptography and Information Security Research Group at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, supervised by Ueli Maurer. I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from FCT-UNL.
I conduct research in cryptography with a focus on both security notions (in particular, in relating composable security notions and game-based ones) and on the development of new cryptographic building blocks for secure communication.
