To get access to the Limo you need to deliver the president. To find the president you must get a high relationship 9 or higher from the 2 politicians (Marge Jayden, and Granvile Woodrow) Then you also need a relationship of 9 from the mayor (Sam Speed) Finally you will be able to meet the president (Oliver Boss), and you need a relationship of 7 to get access to the car. After that you will still need to buy it for $500,000.

To get access the 6x6 you need to deliver the colonel. To find the colonel you must get a high relationship of 9 or higher from the 2 soldiers (Rumbo Bomb, and Alexander James). Then you also need a relationship of 8 with the colonel (Colonel Marvin) to be able to purchase the car. Then you will have to buy the Bertus G-6x6 for $2,500,000.
