PTA Craft (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the GuessWar mobile application (“the App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use GuessWar.

1. Information We Collect

When you create or use a GuessWar account, we may collect:

• Username

• Email address

• Password in securely hashed form

• Date of birth

• First name and last name, if provided

• Phone number, if provided

• Gender, if provided in profile settings

• Profile image, if provided

• Game scores, rankings and gameplay information

• Coins, energy, hints and premium status

• Purchase and transaction information required to provide in-app purchases

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Advertising and Third-Party Services

GuessWar uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob and its technology partners may collect or process information such as:

• Device identifiers

• Advertising identifiers

• App usage information

• Diagnostics and crash-related information

• Information used to display and measure advertisements

Advertising data may be processed by Google and its advertising partners according to their own privacy policies.

Premium users who have an active “No Ads” entitlement will not receive advertisements in the App.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Provide login and account security

• Save game progress, scores and rankings

• Provide multiplayer and leaderboard features

• Process in-app purchases

• Provide customer support

• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access

• Improve the App and its features

• Display and measure advertisements

• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

• Hosting and database providers

• Google AdMob and advertising partners

• Apple App Store and Google Play

• Security, fraud prevention and technical service providers

5. Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay information while your account remains active or as necessary to provide the App.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information from the Profile or Account Settings section inside the App.

Some information may be retained when required by law, for security, fraud prevention or legitimate business purposes.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your GuessWar account from the account settings inside the App.

After the deletion process is completed, your account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is legally required or necessary for security purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

GuessWar is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
