For healthy eating, the GUCUJI Pack (B07GS5FJ9Y) wins with its large 12.6-inch round design that handles everything from sticky fruits to whole jerky strips. If you need a precise fit for Hamilton Beach trays, the second choice is the rectangular 12.2-by-9.45-inch pack tailored specifically for that machine's footprint.
• GUCUJI Pack — best for large batches of mixed foods; pick this if you own a Nesco FD-61 or FD-75 and need the widest drying surface.
• GUCUJI Pack — best for standard rectangular machines; pick this if your unit is a Hamilton Beach 32100A and you want a snug fit without trimming.
• GUCUJI Pack — best for mid-sized countertop units; pick this if you have a Presto or Cosori model that requires an 11.5-inch circular tray.
• GUCUJI Pack — best for heavy-duty large capacity dryers; pick this if you run a Nesco FD-80 series and need the maximum 13.5-inch square area.
• GUCUJI Silicone Dehydrator Sheets — best for compact vertical dryers; pick this if you use a Cosori CP267-FD and need a 12-by-13-inch custom cut sheet.
• GUCUJI Reusable Silicone Dehydrator — best for small circular racks; pick this if you own a Ninja Foodi and need 8-inch circles to stop herbs from falling through.
• GUCUJI Round Silicone Dehydrator — best for specific Cosori round models; pick this if you have a CFD-N051-W and need a perfect 11.2-inch match.
• GUCUJI Silicone Dehydrator Sheets — best for slim rectangular frames; pick this if you are using a Cosori CFD-P501-SUS and need a 10-by-9-inch liner.
This first entry is the workhorse of the lineup, designed as a set of five premium non-stick round silicone sheets. It is built for people who want to maximize their drying space without worrying about food sticking or crumbling apart when you try to remove it. The sheets feature a fine mesh with holes around 1x1mm, which is a critical detail because it allows for rapid air circulation while keeping tiny items like blueberries, raspberries, and chopped herbs safely on the mat. You can even cut these mats to any shape you need, making them incredibly versatile if your dryer rack has odd angles or gaps.
The material itself is robust, made from food-grade silicone that resists temperatures ranging from -40°F up to 428°F. This means you aren't just drying fruit; you are working with a durable tool that can handle high heat without warping or releasing harmful chemicals. The manufacturer claims these withstand over 5,000 uses, which suggests they are a long-term investment rather than a disposable item. For the average home cook, this durability translates to fewer trips to the store and less waste in the trash can.
I recommend this pack primarily if you own a Nesco dehydrator, as it fits models like the FD-61, FD-75, and several others in that series perfectly. The 12.6-inch diameter gives you a generous surface area, allowing you to layer more slices of apple, beef, or vegetables than smaller options. However, the trade-off is size; if your appliance is significantly smaller, you might find yourself needing to trim these down, which adds a step to your prep time. But for those with compatible large machines, the freedom to make big batches is unbeatable.
GUCUJI Pack
Here we have a distinct option focused on the rectangular geometry of popular kitchen appliances. While many dehydrators use round trays, some brands rely on flat, rectangular grids. This pack contains five white silicone-coated mesh sheets measuring 12.2 by 9.45 inches, specifically engineered to fit the Hamilton Beach 32100A model without requiring any cutting.
If you are someone who values convenience and hates measuring, this is your ideal solution. The dimensions are precise enough that the sheets sit flush against the plastic rack, ensuring no air leaks around the edges that could slow down the drying process. The material remains BPA-free and heat-resistant up to 220°C, providing the same safety standards as the rest of the collection. Cleaning is straightforward; since the surface is non-stick, you can simply rinse away sticky fruit juices or savory marinades from jerky with warm soapy water.
In my opinion, this is the smartest buy for owners of the Hamilton Beach 32100A because it eliminates the frustration of ill-fitting accessories. The trade-off is that it is not as universally adaptable as the round versions. If you decide to switch to a different brand of dehydrator later, you will likely find that the rectangular shape does not translate well to other machines. But for the dedicated user of that specific Hamilton Beach model, this pack offers a clean, professional finish to your dehydration routine.

This third option brings back the circular format but scales it down to fit mid-sized countertop units. With a diameter of 11.5 inches, these five sheets are crafted to slide seamlessly into Presto models like the 06300 and 06301, as well as certain Cosori and Nutrichef units. Like the largest pack, these feature a fine 1x1mm mesh design, which is essential for preventing small ingredients from slipping through the grid.

What makes this particular pack stand out is its balance between capacity and storage. It is large enough to handle a full batch of family-sized snacks but compact enough to stack neatly in a drawer when not in use. The heat resistance profile remains identical to the others, allowing you to dry hot peppers or delicate herbs without fear of melting the mat. The non-stick coating ensures that even sugary fruits like mangoes or pineapple won't fuse to the surface during the dehydration process.
I see this as the go-to choice for households that don't have massive industrial-style dryers but still want to preserve garden harvests. The ability to cut the sheets to any size is a major plus if your specific Presto model has slight variations in tray depth. The only downside is that the 11.5-inch size leaves less margin for error if your machine is slightly oversized, though the "cut to fit" feature usually covers that gap. It is a reliable, middle-ground option that prioritizes efficiency for standard home kitchens.
When you need to tackle large volumes of food, this pack steps up with a substantial 13.5 by 13.5-inch square design. These five sheets are explicitly made for the Nesco FD-80 and FD-80A series, which are known for their high capacity. The increased surface area means you can fit significantly more product on each tray compared to the smaller 11.5 or 12.6-inch options.
The construction is built for endurance, utilizing food-grade silicone that handles the thermal stress of prolonged drying cycles. Because these mats are designed for larger machines, they often require less frequent emptying and refilling, which saves time and energy. The non-stick property is crucial here, as large batches of sticky fruits can easily caramelize and adhere to cheaper mats. With this set, you can expect the food to release cleanly, preserving the texture and appearance of your homemade snacks.
I recommend this for serious enthusiasts or families with large gardens who need to process pounds of tomatoes, peppers, or apples at once. The trade-off is purely spatial; if your kitchen counter is tight or your dehydrator is not one of the specified large models, this pack will be too bulky. However, for those with the right equipment, the ability to dry more in less time makes the extra size a worthwhile investment.
Moving away from the pre-cut sets, this pack offers six sheets sized 12 by 13 inches, designed specifically for the COSORI CP267-FD. The rectangular shape is a unique feature in this lineup, catering to dryers that utilize elongated trays rather than round or square ones. The fine 1x1mm mesh is a standout characteristic, ensuring that even the tiniest seeds or chopped herbs stay put while air circulates freely from both top and bottom. This design is particularly effective for delicate items that might otherwise break apart on coarser grids.
The versatility of these sheets extends beyond just fitting the COSORI model; because they can be cut to any size, they adapt to various other fruit dryers with similar tray dimensions. The material quality is top-tier, resisting extreme temperatures and remaining flexible even after repeated use. The non-stick surface makes cleanup trivial, allowing you to wash off residue quickly and return the mats to service immediately. This pack is ideal for those who enjoy experimenting with different recipes and need a reliable surface that won't fail under pressure.
In my view, this is the best choice for users of the COSORI CP267-FD who want a custom fit without the hassle of buying multiple sizes. The inclusion of six sheets in the pack provides ample backup for heavy usage seasons. The main limitation is that it is somewhat specialized; if you do not own a COSORI or a similarly shaped machine, the utility drops significantly unless you are willing to trim the sheets extensively. Still, for the intended user, it offers a perfect blend of durability and precision.
This set features five compact circular sheets with a 7.9-inch diameter, tailored specifically for the Ninja Foodi dehydrator racks. The small size is a deliberate design choice to prevent small items like herbs, spices, or thin chips from falling through the narrow gaps of the Ninja's metal trays. The mesh design ensures uniform heat distribution, which is vital for achieving consistent results across all layers of the machine. Being dishwasher safe adds another layer of convenience, allowing you to toss them in with your regular dishes after a meal.
The silicone used here is heat-resistant up to 482°F, providing a safety margin that exceeds typical drying requirements. This ensures that even if you accidentally run the machine at a higher temperature, the mats will hold their shape and integrity. The non-stick nature of the material makes lifting dried goods effortless, whether you are dealing with sticky fruit leathers or crumbly cheese crisps. It is a practical accessory that solves a common problem: the loss of small, valuable ingredients.
I believe this is the essential add-on for Ninja Foodi owners who want to expand their cooking capabilities beyond what the standard racks allow. The trade-off is the limited size; these are not meant for large slices of fruit or thick slabs of meat. They shine when you need to dry small batches of garnishes or make your own spice blends. If you have a Ninja and want to minimize waste, this is a no-brainer purchase.
Designed for the COSORI CFD-N051-W model, this pack includes five round sheets with an 11.2-inch diameter. The fit is engineered to be seamless, ensuring that the sheets sit perfectly within the tray without shifting during operation. The fine 1x1mm mesh holes provide optimal airflow, promoting fast and even drying for a wide variety of foods. The material is BPA-free and can withstand temperatures up to 428°F, making it safe for all types of dehydration tasks.
One of the key benefits of this specific pack is its reliability for the COSORI CFD-N051-W. The precise sizing means you do not have to worry about trimming or adjusting the mats to fit. The non-stick surface ensures that sticky fruits and savory meats release cleanly, maintaining their structural integrity. The durability of the silicone suggests these mats will last for thousands of uses, making them a cost-effective addition to your kitchen toolkit.
In my opinion, this is the most straightforward choice for owners of this specific COSORI model. It removes the guesswork from the equation, offering a plug-and-play solution. The only potential drawback is the lack of flexibility if you ever switch to a different dehydrator brand, as the 11.2-inch size is quite specific. However, for the current owner of the CFD-N051-W, it represents the gold standard of compatibility and performance.
The final entry in our guide targets the COSORI CFD-P501-SUS with a set of five rectangular sheets measuring 10 by 9 inches. This size is compact yet sufficient for handling moderate batches of food. The 1x1mm mesh design is consistent with the rest of the high-performance lineup, ensuring that small items remain secure while air flows efficiently. The sheets are BPA-free and capable of withstanding extreme heat, providing a safe environment for all your culinary creations.
These mats are notable for their adaptability; while they fit the COSORI CFD-P501-SUS perfectly, they can also be trimmed to match other food dehydrators. This feature adds value for users who might own multiple machines or plan to upgrade in the future. The non-stick coating makes cleaning a breeze, allowing you to rinse off residues quickly and reuse the mats immediately. The overall design focuses on ease of use and long-term durability.
I recommend this pack for those who appreciate the convenience of a custom-fit liner that can also be modified for other needs. It strikes a balance between precision and versatility. The trade-off is that the 10-by-9-inch size is relatively small compared to the larger options, so it may not be suitable for very large batches. However, for the COSORI CFD-P501-SUS owner, it is a highly efficient and reliable solution for everyday dehydration tasks.
