ADOPTABLE

• " Starting bid (SB) " also called " opening bid " : the amount suggested by the auctioneer to open the bidding.

• Minimum bid, also called " reserve price " : The price at which an item can be sold. If the final bid does not reach the minimum bid, the item remains unsold. (In other words, the starting bid can be less than the minimum bid, but the item cannot be sold until it reaches the minimum bid.).

• Snipe guards : There are a chance for anyone who has been stalking an adopt to be "guarded" from people "sniping" their adopt at the last minute; They could've been watching one for an entire day and at the last minute of the auction have it sniped away by a higher bid.

• Offer to adopt(OTA) :  it's a term mostly used on art websites such as DeviantArt for adoptables. You can offer real life currency, art, or other characters in return for a design made by the seller. 

• 
  

•  "Auction" means a sell in which buyer compete for an asset by placing bid, "BID HERE" means the buyer bid the price in it. Please bid in chain to let everyone to keep track of the bid replying to the highest bidder

• "Starting bid" or (SB) means where buyers start their bid

• "BID" means the minimum price increase

• "Autobuy" or (AB) means buy the adopt instantly

•  "Offer to adopt" means the offers such as adopt, art etc. from buyer's offer

• "Dynanic Price" it is where the adoptable start with a starting price, if no one claim the design within 24 hours, the price WILL BE REDUCED. If no one claim the design within 24 hours, the price will be reduced and so until it reach my minimum price ( it depends on the adoptable/design)

IMPORTANT  I'll tagged or DMs buyers if someone did an offer higher. Even buyers don't want to get tagged or get DMs ,it's completely OK to ignore my message, just thinking as if it's just an auto reply message.

• "The auction ends 24/48 hours after the first bid" means the time will start countdown after the first bid arrive 24 or 48 hours in the exact day with no extended date, it means the auction will ends at the exact time. Buyers have to snipe until the auction ends

•  PayPal, BuyMeACoffee, Stripe, Thai Bank

• Payment is in $USD in €EURO or ฿THB. 

• Buyers can ask for a Payment Plan via my DM or Facebook

• I'll send adoptable/design ONLY when pay it full.

• I DO NOT accept anonymous bid, or newly account/user.

• Unwatermarked and bigger version of the adoptable.

• "Commercial Use" most likely to get additional offer such as character sheet, original file, commission, change a few design etc. (buyers can ask me anytime for additional informations)

YOU CAN DO(PERSONAL USER AND COMMERCIAL USER)

• Use the character for personal use such as for a story , for an avatar , for a signature , in roleplay story and so on

•  Give adopt a name, a personality, change clothes a little but not everything, gender.

•  Please credit me for the design

• About "Resell" :  Buyers are available to resell my design/adoptable the same price or below price(That includes raffle, gachapon). 

• About "Commissions/Request" from others : Find artist draw my adopt/design but want to sell the commission they draw with my design/adopt? I'm ok as long as not break others' rules but buyer HAVE TO ask other artist for permissions.

•  Buyer can trade or gift the adoptable bought but cannot trade or sell an adopt received in gift by someone else.

•  Buyer can ask my help to features the post/ journal/poll/deviation where you resell/trade one of my design/adoptable.

• For "Non-commercial users" : Buyer can draw for yourself, and for personal use ONLY.  DO NOT use for commercial unless you pay for commercial uses which you have to paid double the price from the original. 

• For "Commercial users" : Buyer can draw for yourself, for personal use, and for commercial uses such as fame, Vtuber, stickers, brooches, book covers, cartoons etc. (you can ask me anytime for additional informations)

IMPORTANT  I'm allow for using my design/adoptable for a competition as long as it DO NOT break the rules of the contests and the 1st price should not be higher than the original price buyers bought from me too. Also, buyers have to credit my design/adoptable for the competiton as well(To prevent any problems)

YOU CAN'T DO(PERSONAL USER AND COMMERCIAL USER)

•  Prohibited from falsely claiming that you are the designer(aka not me).

• You CANNOT resell/refund back to me, if you want more of an adopt you have to buy them ONLY. If you don't want the old one anymore you can resell them(See "Resell" on YOU CAN DO lists)

• You CANNOT resell/trade/gift a character you receive them FOR FREE from me  So keep in mind that if you don't want them, you cannot give it to anyone else. This rules is applied also if you spent money on this free character in any commission, so you cannot ask for money EVEN IF you spent money on this free design. Free designs are not for trade/resell/gift.

• If you receive a character in gift, the character can only be giftable, not trade or resell is available. This rules is applied even if you spent money to commission, gift, included all the commissions you receive, it's only available for gift.

• I CANNOT trade/accept any adoptable from others for my adoptable to prevent problems. If I want one of their adoptable you offer I'll ask the owner directly.

• You CANNOT drop, hide a bid comment or edit your bid. If you break this rule I'll put you in BLACKLIST to warns every artists and I'll deny you to buy again from me.

• (DEVIATION) You can't resell a MYO slot and if you receive a MYO in gift don't trade your character, MYO it's only for your personal use

CO-OWN

• Co-own is available for a max of 2 users, please co-own responsibly . Be careful about the people you choose to co-own. Because if something going wrong with payment or if some drama comes, you will be equally responsible and will be banned from my future auction, so try to co-own with someone you consider friends, not with people around not trusted.

• If you are available to to co-own a character and both of you want change the ownership I need the confirmation from both side to the renounce of the ownership, If the person you're co-owning with doesn't agree to letting you to sell your part to anyone,  or doesn't accept the person you've decided to sell your part to, choose another person until you both are agree.

• Co-ownership is split equally in everything, including the extra art you choose to commission or receive as a gift. If a user orders a commission on its own initiative and the price is not split in half, in the resell that commission will be excluded from the price.

• It is not possible, for example, that a design has been bought for 200 dollars, 100 dollars each, and one user keeps it without commission and its value is always 100, while the other user orders 10 commissions and in case of resale its part is worth a lot more. This would not be fair to the one who buys in resell a design, they would end up paying a very high price for that design, while the other owner who only bought the base design gets a lot of free art for their character.

• If it happens that you, by yourself decide to ordered a lot of commissions of a co-own design and now you want to resell it at a higher price including the commission price you can only :

1. ask your friend to pay half of those commissions so you both will have the same value of the design and you can resell you part including half price of commissions you paid.

2. sell only the design and for the commissions you paid there is two choice : give them to the new owner and your previous co-owner as a gift or keep them for private use.

So again my advice: see the co-own option as a chance to create something nice and fair with a friend, not just as a resource to split the expense.

• If you own a design and want to co-own with someone but you give the co-ownership to a friend for free as a gift, in case of resell you can only resell your part, even if your friend gives you their part back, because it is considered a gift and the gifts may not be resold.

• If you are available for co-own write in the pages of the adopt or in Discord server, just "I'm available for number # to co-own" and then talk privately with interested people.

• If you noticed someone is interested in a design you desire or you lost it and someone else obtained this, please don't beg them for co-own if they didn't wrote they are available for it

• I'm not drama lover so if you have a problem with other users don't include me, solve your situation and tell me only if the owner changed, this is the reason why I removed the co-own in past, so please again co-own with trusted people.

• Since I got some problem in past with that, I will send half invoice to a user and the half to another, the character will be yours only when all people paid their amount, if the other part drop the payment or being blacklisted for some reasons, I can ask to the remaining one if they want buy the unpaid part, if not, both will be blacklisted, no refund will be sent and I resell the entire design, so again, just co-own with trusted people. 

• If you co-own a character and you desire to use it for a commercial purpose, but the other owner is not interested in it, you cannot also split the commercial fees, you have to pay the entire amount and prove the other owner is ok with your purpose. Then if in future the other owner desires to use the character for commercial purposes too, they can split the payment with you, but the commercial use to me has to pay in full.

• สำหรับงานที่ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมโดยจะคิดเป็น 2 เท่า ของราคาสุทธิ  เมื่อยอมรับการเสนอราคาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ขอสงวนการยกเลิกสิทธิ์เชิงพาณิชย์ในทุกกรณี
• ในกรณีที่งานไม่ได้คิดราคาเป็นราคาในเชิงพาณิชย์ แต่ต้องการนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ในภายหลัง ให้ติดต่อนักวาดเพื่อชำระเงินในส่วนของการใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์
• การคิดเงินในเชิงพาณิชย์แล้ว นักวาดจะถือว่าเป็นการผูกสิทธิ์แล้ว ผู้ซื้อสามารถทำการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง และดัดแปลงในภาพได้ แต่ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้ออกแบบโดยเด็ดขาด
• สงวนลิขสิทธิ์ในการซื้อไฟล์งานต้นฉบับในทุกกรณี

• For commercial use, there is an additional charge, which will be twice the original price. Once you accepted the price but you don't need to use for commercial use after paying, you cannot cancel the payment. 
• If you need your artwork to be used as commercial, but the art doesn't included commercial price, Contact me to pay for it.
• When commercially charged, I will be considered as a binding right. Commissioners can make edits, alterations or modifications BUT prohibited from falsely claiming to be the artist/your own design.
• All rights reserved to purchase the original work files.

• ชำระเงินก่อนเริ่มงานเท่านั้น
• งานทุกงานสามารถผ่อนชำระได้ โดยปกติจะผ่อนชำระงวดแรกภายใน 2-3 วัน(48-72 ชั่วโมง) นับจากวันที่จอง ทั้งนี้ ระยะเวลาการผ่อนชำระจะขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนเงิน  การแบ่งชำระเป็นงวดจะขึ้นอยู่กับข้อตกลงของงานนั้นๆ หากไม่ได้ชำระเงินภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คิวจะถูกปัดลงทันที
• คิวจะถูกจัดลำดับตามเวลาโอน
• หากมีการยกเลิกงานหลังจากชำระเงินแล้ว หากผู้วาดยังไม่เริ่มงาน สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ภายใน 2 วัน(48 ชั่วโมง) นับจากวันที่โอน พร้อมเหตุผล แต่หากเกิดการขอคืนเงินบ่อยครั้งหรือไม่สมเหตุสมผล ขอสงวนในการทำงานร่วมกันในครั้งหน้าในทุกกรณีและจะทำการ BLACKLIST ทันที
• หากผู้วาดทำผิดข้อตกลง เช่น ระยะเวลาในการทำเกินกำหนด หรือ ไม่สามารถทำงานต่อได้ ผู้จ้างสามารถยกเลิกงานได้และจะคืนเงินให้ทั้งหมด
• ชำระได้ผ่านทางธนาคารทุกธนาคาร/true wallet/promptpay  (ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม)
• หากมีทิปเพิ่มเติมจากราคาที่ตั้ง ผู้วาดจะมีของแถมพิเศษให้(การให้ทิปเป็นเพียงตัวเลือกเท่านั้น)

• Please pay  before starting commission
• All artworks can be paid in installments. The first installment is usually made within 2-3 days (48-72 hours) from the booking date. However, the payment date can be expanded depend on the amount of the price. If payment is not made within the specified time. The queue will be rounded down immediately.
• The queue will be ordered after you paid.
• If you cancel the commission after payment has been made. If I hasn't started yet, a refund can be requested within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of payment and give me reasons why. But if the refund request occurs frequently I I will consider not want to work with you in the future and put you in BLACKLIST immediately. (Improtant that, you and I are in the different country, the refund might be longer or have some issues, I apologize in advance).
• If I violates the agreement, such as the period of time for overdue or unable to continue working. Commisioners can cancel the job and all money will be refunded.
• Payment can be made through Wise, Stripe, BuyMeACoffee, PayPal, or any Thai bank.
• If there is a tip, I will have a surprised artwork for you!  (tipping is optional).

• • งานสี/งานตัดเส้นขาวดำ
    1. หลังจากจองคิว สามารถวางรายละเอียดต่างๆของงานได้เลย(หากไม่รู้ว่าควรทำอย่างไร ทางผู้วาดจะสอบถามให้)
    2. กรุณาชำระเงินภายใน 3 วัน(72 ชั่วโมง) นับจากเวลาที่จองคิว
    3. เมื่อชำระเงินแล้ว ผู้วาดจะใส่คิวที่ให้ทันที สามารถดูความคืบหน้าของงานได้ ที่นี่
    4. นักวาดจะส่งภาพร่างให้ เมื่อส่งภาพร่างแล้ว ให้ชำระในส่วนที่เหลือภายใน 3 วัน(72 ชั่วโมง)
    5. นักวาดจะตัดเส้น/ลงสี และส่งงานอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

• งานสเก็ต
  1. หลังจากจองคิว สามารถวางรายละเอียดต่างๆของงานได้เลย(หากไม่รู้ว่าควรทำอย่างไร ทางผู้วาดจะสอบถามให้)
  2. กรุณาชำระเงินในราคาเต็มภายใน 3 วัน(72 ชั่วโมง) นับจากเวลาที่จองคิว
  3. เมื่อชำระเงินแล้ว ผู้วาดจะใส่คิวที่ให้ทันที สามารถดูความคืบหน้าของงานได้ ที่นี่
  4. นักวาดจะเริ่มงานสเก็ต ส่งงานสเก็ตให้

• • กรณีที่ยังไม่ชำระเงิน : สามารถแก้ไขรายละเอียดของงานได้ 2 ครั้ง เท่านั้น โดยการแก้ไขรายละเอียดงานจะถูกสรุปยอดใหม่ทุกครั้ง
  • กรณีชำระเงินแล้ว : หากนักวาดยังไม่เริ่มงาน สามารถแก้ไขรายละเอียดของงานได้ 2 ครั้ง เท่านั้น  หากนักวาดเริ่มงานแล้ว อาจถูกเก็บเงินเพิ่มเติม ผู้จ้างจำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของงานก่อนส่งเพื่อผลประโยชน์ของตัวเอง

• Colored/Black-and-white Artwork

1. After booking, you can put the details in Messager (if you don't know what to do, I will ask for it).
2. Please make payment within 3 days (72 hours) after booking.
3. When payment is made, I will make a queue for you. The work's progress can be seen HERE.
4. The sketch will be sent for checking. Once the sketch is sent, pay the rest within 3 days (72 hours).
5. I will do the rest of artwork and send it to you again.

• Sketching Artwork

1. After booking, you can immediately put the details in Messager (if you don't know what to do, I will ask for it).
2. Please make payment in full within 3 days (72 hours) after booking.
3. When payment is made, I will make a queue for you. The work's progress can be seen HERE.
4. I will sketch and send them in chat.

• If you haven't paid yet : You can only edit the details 2 times, and any changes details will be summarized new price each time.
• If you paid already  : If I haven't started drawing, you can only edit the details 2 times, If I have already started drawing, payment may be charged additionally. Commissioners need to check the details before sending to me for your own benefit.

• I am not responsible for commissions that have been deleted or are no longer available in my Google Drive(Because I need to clear my storage everyday). 
• I clean up my Google Drive everyday, so please SAVE your commissioned art to your computer or privately on  your social platform(imgur, privatter, your Google Drive, etc.)
• After received, I will not give a refund, or redo the commissioned art.
• I'm trying my best putting time and effort into the artwork for which you pay for.
