Yes, Green University of Bangladesh accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You will need to have your student number ready (located under the first paragraph of your offer letter) and record the receipt number.

Yes, you can pay the instalments based on the amount of the semester tuition to the start of semester. But you have to pay full registration fees to start the semester.

All payment extensions are issued by the Student Finance department so you will need to contact them directly (accounts office), providing a valid reason with documentary evidence for the extension.

Copies of online payment receipts can be provided through your email address.

Yes, you can apply for a refund through your department to the accounts office with proper supporting evidence. If  you have a valid reason to claim for refund, refund will be given except admission and semester registration fees.

If you don't pay your student contribution amount or tuition fees by the payment due date, you will incur an outstanding debt.

An outstanding debt to the University will affect your:

• Enrolment;

• Library borrowing;

• Ability to obtain an academic transcript;

• Results

• Conferral of degree/diploma or award of certificate.
