Guapp is a brand-deal tracker for content creators, made by an independent developer. This policy explains what data Guapp handles, in plain language.
Your deals live on your phone. Guapp is local-first: your deals, deliverables, invoices, attachments and voice recordings are stored only on your device. Guapp has no user accounts and never uploads your deal book. A few optional features send small, specific pieces of data to our servers — each is listed below, and each is under your control.
Deals, deliverables, fees, payment dates and notes
Contract photos and files you attach in The Vault (contract text is read on-device; images are never uploaded)
Custom voice recordings (microphone permission is used only while you record)
Invoices, income reports and media kits you generate
Your settings and chosen crew character
You can erase everything at any time via Settings → Delete all data, or by uninstalling the app.
Guapp assigns your installation a random identifier ("device ID") that contains no personal information and cannot be traced to you.
Negotiation Copilot (optional, Pro): when you ask for advice, the brand message you paste and summary rate statistics (average/minimum/maximum deal values) are sent to our server and processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. Requests are rate-limited per device ID. We do not store the messages after processing.
Brand radar (optional, off by default): if you switch it on, when you mark a deal paid Guapp sends an anonymous report — brand name, whether payment was on time or late, and days-to-pay. No amounts, no names, no identifiers beyond the random device ID. "Ghosted" reports are sent only when you explicitly tap the report button. Lookups return aggregated statistics only.
Referral codes (optional): if you use the Free Pro screen, your random device ID and crew code are stored so friend joins can be counted.
Subscriptions: payments are processed entirely by Google Play. Guapp never sees your payment details.
No ads, no ad trackers, no analytics SDKs
No selling or sharing of your data with third parties
No collection of your name, email, contacts, or location
Settings → Delete all data erases all local data. Because server-side data (brand-radar reports, referral counts) is tied only to a random device ID, it contains nothing that identifies you; if you would like it removed anyway, contact us with your crew code and we will delete the associated rows.
Guapp is a business/finance tool intended for users aged 18 and over.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
