I am the deputy director and a senior research scientist of network system optimization center at the Shenzhen research institute of big data, and an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. I received the Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Kaibin Huang in electrical and electronic engineering from The University of Hong Kong in 2019, and the BS and MS degrees under the supervision of Prof. Caijun Zhong in information and communication engineering from Zhejiang University in 2012 and 2015, respectively. My recent research interests include large fundation model, edge intelligence, integrated sensing and communication, intelligent radio-access network. I am a recipient of 2025 NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund, 2023 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Best Young Researcher Award and Outstanding Paper Award, the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University, Wu Wenjun AI Young Scientist Award of China AI Society, First Prize of Natural Science Award of China Communication Society, Second Prize of Natural Science Award of Zhejiang Province, Outstanding Young Talent in Guangdong Province, AI 2000 Most Influential Scholar Award Honorable Mention, the Young Scientist Award from UCOM 2023, First Prize of National ‘‘Bloom Cup’’ 5G Industrial Competition in 2022, Runner-up (2nd place) of ITU AI/ML in 5G Challenge 2023, the Hong Kong Postgraduate Fellowship (HKPF), the Outstanding Ph.D. Thesis Award from HKU, and the Best Paper Award from WCSP 2013 and IEEE JSnC 2024. I serve as associate editors at top-tier IEEE ComSoc journals including IEEE TMC, IEEE TWC and IEEE WCL and track/symposium/workshop co-chairs of several IEEE major conferences including IEEE PIMRC 2021, WCSP 2023, IEEE Globecom 2023, VTC-fall 2023, ICASSP 2024, WCNC 2024, PIMRC 2024, I am the vice co-chair of the IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Board Young Professionals Committee.
