About Me
I am a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Department of Computer Science, University of Liverpool, where I worked on deep learning, computer vision, perception algorithms and applications, etc. Before that, I worked for 4 years as a vice research director in the Autonomous Driving Group in SenseTime, under the supervision of Dr. Jianping Shi. I got my PhD. at the National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) in the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), under the supervision of Prof. Chunhong Pan and Prof. Shiming Xiang. After that, I worked as Postdoctoral Researcher from 2017 to 2019 with Prof. Zhongming Zhao and Prof. Yu Meng at the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

2024.03：🎉🎉 One project as the PI was funded by the Turing Institute Research, £260K: An Ethical and Robust AI Development Framework: Assessing Correctness and Detecting Fakes. (With Prof. Xiaowei Huang). One postdoctoral researcher is currently being recruited.
2024.01: The Deadline of our special issue "Advanced Artificial Intelligence for Remote Sensing: Methodology and Applications" on Remote Sensing has been extended to 30th June 2024.
