Background guides will be posted on our website Monday, June 17. Position papers are due by September 16, 2019 at 11:59 PM.
Early Registration: Flat fee per school of $50 due by August 12, 2019.
Regular Registration: Flat fee per school of $75 due by August 30, 2019.
Delegation/Country Costs: $20 for the first country, $10 for every additional country
Delegate's Fee: $5 per delegate - this includes placard, name-tag, and delegate materials.
For example, if you were to purchase 2 countries with 12 delegates total under regular registration, your total cost would be: (1st country * $20 delegation fee = $20, 2nd Country * $10 delegation fee = $10, 12 delegates * $5 delegate fee = $60, $75 non-refundable deposit, $20 + $ 10 + $60 + $75 = $165.)

We will send an invoice to you via email within a week of receiving your registration. If you do not receive an invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or use our website's contact form.
Schools which are unable to attend can receive a 50% refund on country and delegate fees up until Friday, August 23, 2019.
After this date, no refunds will be given. The conference registration deposit is non-refundable.
