GBH's goal is to foster awareness and understanding of the international business industry and to provide a comfortable and supportive space where students can learn, grow, and discover their career purpose. To support these goals, GBH focuses on skill development and personal growth, offering numerous opportunities to explore various facets of international business, including finance, marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and IT.
GBH has been successful in organizing a variety of activities, such as networking events, alumni talks that provide insights into finding a career path, entrepreneurship guidance, thesis round tables, Q&A sessions with industry experts, workshops on language exams and visa processes, and newsletters to keep members updated on the latest developments in international business. GBH has also collaborated with other GSIS clubs in the past, with joint activities such as speaker sessions and networking events, giving members opportunities to connect with students from other clubs. We plan to continue these activities this semester as well.
Attending our events can provide members with valuable insights into both traditional and emerging industries, equipping them with the tools needed to achieve their future goals. During events, workshops and networking opportunities students can engage with professionals, alumni, and peers in a dynamic learning environment, allowing them to fail and succeed in a safe environment, to develop essential skills and discover their future path.

This club, is a language exchange club between English and Korean, aimed to offer a platform for people not only registered in GSIS, but also in Yonsei University, to have a precious opportunity to make friends and improve their foreign language skills. IYAGI HOUR, the same as its name, usually last for around one hour, 15min for topic discussion, and 45min playing games. Our purpose is to let students in GSIS become more familiar with each other and at the same time, make some Korean friends and get to know the local culture. For this semester, as usual, we will plan to go somewhere to experience different Korean customs or visit places of interest. Essentially, as a visitor of IYAGI, feel free to come whenever you have time and there's no need to prepare anything in advance.

Welcome to the Yonsei International Volleyball Club!
Our purpose is quite simple - we meet up and play volleyball on a weekly basis. We start with some warm-up and technique training for the first 45 minutes and continue to play matches with changing teams the rest of the 2 hour session. The skill level is on a lower intermediate level. We play casually for fun but want to improve our skills at the same time.
We want to offer international students at Yonsei a sports club, since it is quite hard to participate in the Korean-led clubs. Further, we want to connect the students by engaging in a team sports and believe that volleyball is perfect for communicating and making new friends. We are likely to practice in the Yonsei Gym Hall. However, training might be outsourced to an external hall depending on the occupation of the Yonsei Gym Hall.
Training Sessions are announced via our Kakao Talk Group Chat! Feel free to sign-up in our google form and we will add you to the Group Chat!
We are looking forward to see you there!

In the Spring of 2008, students at Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS), a leader of international higher education in South Korea, published the first edition of NOVAsia. Initiated by graduate students and under the guidance of the former dean, Professor Lee Chung-min, NOVAsia was born from a desire to translate the work and expertise of GSIS students and professors into a public product.
Our content has covered every continent and spanned from unsettled historical issues to predicting the effects of AI and weapons systems into the future. While NOVAsia covers current crises and developments across the globe, our focus remains close to home in East Asia.
After thirty-one issues, the print magazine went online in order to reach a wider audience and to encourage deeper and more diverse engagement and dialogue.
NOVAsia now aims to be a platform for student voices in the conversation on global affairs.

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations (ODAR) at Yonsei GSIS is dedicated to strengthening the connection between Yonsei GSIS and its alumni community. We ensure continuous engagement for our alumni through newsletters, networking initiatives, and collaborations with local chapters worldwide.
Our main objectives are to maintain and expand the alumni network, keep alumni informed and involved, and provide current students with opportunities to connect with graduates who have established careers in Korea and beyond. One of our key projects is the annual Career Fair, where students can gain insights from alumni who have successfully transitioned into the workforce. This event serves as a valuable opportunity to network, seek career advice, and explore post-graduation possibilities, so keep an eye for that this spring semester!
ODAR is not a student organization that you can join, but we are here to assist with any alumni-related inquiries, so feel free to reach out to us!
