GRYDO is a block puzzle game published by CG Art Studio. This policy explains what the app collects, who receives it, and what you can do about it.
The short version: the game itself collects nothing and has no account, no login and no server. Everything it remembers about you stays on your phone. The advertising inside it is a different matter, and that is what most of this page is about.
Your best score and best combo, your coins, how many games you have played and lines you have cleared, the themes you have unlocked and the one you are using, the language you picked, whether sound, music and vibration are on, whether you have seen the tutorial, and the board of a game you left unfinished so you can carry on where you stopped. It also counts finished games so that full-screen ads are spaced out.
All of it is written to a single file in your device's own app storage and never leaves it. We cannot read it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no way for us to tell one player from another.
There are no purchases in GRYDO. Coins are earned by playing and spent on themes inside the game. Nothing is sold for money, so no payment information of any kind is asked for, handled or stored.
GRYDO shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which runs an auction among the advertising networks configured for the app — Unity Ads among them — and passes each request to whichever of them wins it. There are three places an ad can appear: a banner strip along the bottom of the screen, an occasional full-screen ad after a game ends (never after your first game, and at most once every other finished game), and a video you choose to watch in exchange for continuing a game, a fresh set of pieces, or doubled coins.
To select, deliver and measure ads, these companies may collect:
Your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)
Your IP address, from which an approximate location — typically your country — can be derived
Device information: model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, screen size, and whether the device is a tablet or a phone
Ad interaction data: which ads were shown, how long they were watched, and whether they were clicked
Diagnostics: performance and error information about the advertising software itself, used to keep it working and to detect fraud
The app never asks for a location permission and has no access to GPS.
This data is collected by those companies directly, under their own policies:
Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads): https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
We do not receive any of it in a form that identifies you. What we see are aggregate counts — how many ads were shown, and what they earned.
GRYDO does not show a consent form of its own. You can limit how ads are personalised at any time, wherever you are, from your device's own settings — see Your choices below. Unity's policy, linked above, explains how Unity handles personalisation and consent in your region.
GRYDO is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app and you want their advertising data removed, contact us and we will pass the request to our advertising partners.
Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the ID, which breaks the link to everything previously associated with it, or delete it entirely, after which apps receive no ID at all.
Opt out of personalised ads in the same settings screen.
Uninstall the app. This deletes everything GRYDO stored on your device.
To ask what an advertising partner holds about your device, or to have it deleted, contact Unity through the policy linked above — they are the party that holds it.
1. Delete what is on your device. Uninstall GRYDO. Everything the game itself stored — your scores, coins, themes, settings and any unfinished game — is deleted with it, immediately and completely. There is no copy anywhere else, because the game has no server.
2. Break the link to your advertising data. On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID, or Reset advertising ID if you would rather keep receiving ads without the history. Deleting it stops apps receiving an ID at all; resetting it issues a new one and severs everything associated with the old.
3. Ask the advertising partner to erase what it holds. The advertising data is held by Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads), not by us. Request its deletion through the privacy contact in their policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
4. Or write to us and we will pass the request on. giorgiamirkhanovi@gmail.com. Include your advertising ID from step 2 — without it there is no way to identify which records are yours, because we hold nothing that names you.
What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long
Scores, coins, themes, settings, unfinished game — held on your device only. Deleted the moment you uninstall. Never transmitted.
Advertising ID — held on your device, and by Unity. You delete or reset it yourself, at any time, in Android settings.
Approximate location, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics — held by Unity / ironSource. Retained under Unity's own policy. Deletion is requested through them, or through us.
Aggregate counts — how many ads were shown and what they earned — held by us. Kept indefinitely. These are totals, not records about you: they contain no identifier and cannot be traced back to any device, so there is nothing in them to delete.
We keep no account, no profile and no identifier of any kind. There is no record of you here to erase — which is why every step above points at your device or at Unity.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is always at this address.
