I tried a fresh install of Growtopia to check the new PAW. I followed all the steps and tried to install Microsoft redistributables but the install failed. The rest of the game was installed and when I tried to launch the game would not run. I tried running it as administrator, using previous windows versions but nothing worked. My cursor would show loading for a second and then nothing. I have a pretty good computer so I do not believe my system limits the game. (Ryzen 5, Rtx 2060, 32gb ram, 2.25 tb space). Also, it is the first time I saw the Microsoft redistributables in the GT installer. I tried reinstalling from scratch and nothing worked. I also tried deleting previous versions of the Microsoft redistributables but again nothing.
so i quit gt in 2018. now i'm trying to play it again but the exe. in windows 10 doesn't work right. it can't open at all and in the task manager, it only uses a few cpu power for a few seconds, until it descends and goes missing. anyone having the same problem? pls fix this mods....
