BREAKING -- Famed painting of Clive van Loon, posthumously named "The Founding Cocker," is reported to be on display at the Galileo Observatory as part on an art tour across San Andreas.

The piece is set to be installed on Thursday and will move on to Liberty City by Sunday. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance online. Security is said to be quite high at the Observatory for this event.

This art series is largely funded by Elliot Holdings.

About the Founding Cocker

Van Loon was a Dutch artist famed for recreating famous scenes with his satirical flavouring. The Founding Cocker is a late-19th century impression on an American Founding Father, some have claimed. Van Loon was famous for never explaining who or what was symbolized by his work.

This painting is done in the gouache-style, similar to watercolor. Art enthusiast sources for the Weazel News have estimated this painting upwards of $2,000,000. It is a shame that Van Loon sold it for five chickens and a loaf of bread.
