DotStumps Account Deletion

Users of DotStumps may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1:
Open the DotStumps application and navigate to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.

Option 2:
If you are unable to access your account, send a deletion request to:

gritchstudios@gmail.com

Subject:
Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your DotStumps username

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful deletion request, the following data may be removed:

• Account information
• Profile information
• Profile picture
• Friend connections
• Notification records
• User preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period for:

• Security purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• System integrity

Match records that involve multiple participants may remain in historical scorecards, but personal account information will be removed or anonymized where appropriate.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days.
