7:00-8:30 am Indo Row - 15,000m+ Challenge with Tali and Nucleo

15,000m+ on the rower, Yes you CAN do it!

If you would like to share the rowing with a friend and do 45min each, we can make that happen !

Please e-mail me (talibrin@rogers.com) and let me know the names of the partners sharing a rower after you both register !

9:00 - 10:00am Lift and Flow with Dre

Strength style class with some some power yoga flows embedded to warm up.

**CLASS IS FULL**

10:15- 11:15 am Strength Kettlebells and Bands with Drew

Strength based workout with dynamic mobility sequences.

11:30-12:30 Fit Row with Coach J

On and off the rowers with strength and cardio exercises in between

12:45-1:45 Yoga/Stretch with Shirley

Stretch out those muscles after all the hard work you've put in !

We are hoping each guest will contribute 1,000m (4-6 min on the rower) upon entry to help us reach our goal !

The WaterRowers will be available all morning if you would like to

pull some meters and help us meet our combined 1,000,000 meter goal this year !

Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle !
