V: CHILDHOOD / TAG: HOME IS THE FIRST GRAVE.

everything that happens from the time draco is born to the time he starts attending hogwarts happens here; anything that pertains to his upbringing under his parents happens in this verse. 

V: HOGWARTS / TAG: THE WORST KIND OF CONTROL.

everything that takes place within his time at hogwarts, from 1991 to 1998, takes place in this verse. this includes the entirety of the second wizarding war and his stint as an unwilling death eater informant. draco received his dark mark in his fifth year, not of his own choice. they were coerced into getting the dark mark and officially joining the death eaters because of voldemort and his followers literally living in the malfoy family home. despite any notions about his reasonings for joining the death eaters, he really only did so because he was scared about the safety of his parents.

V: EIGHTH YEAR / TAG: I AM NOT A VIOLENT DOG.

everything that happens within the bounds of what most have called "eighth year," the extra year that was given to those who were seventh years during the battle of hogwarts to make up for any lost education from during the war. in my interpretation of this year, instead of being split into their different houses again, everyone is instead split into multi-house dormitories. 

V: POST-HOGWARTS / TAG: IS THIS WHAT GROWING UP IS?

everything that happens between the end of draco's eight year and him starting one of his various careers happens in this verse.

V: ST. MUNGO'S / TAG: I AM TIRED OF BEING BRAVE.

one of draco's various career options; he is a specialist healer at saint mungo's whose main focus is that of blood magic, specifically blood curses - such as the one possessed by one astoria greengrass. even in verses where draco and astoria are not romantically involved with one another, i still cite her as being one of his main reasons for specializing in blood magic based healing. 

V: PROFESSOR MALFOY / TAG: THE HALF-MAD MOURNER OF BURIED DAYS.

one of draco's other career possibilities; they are the professor of ancient runes at hogwarts. why ancient runes and not potions, you may be asking? because i actually hate the idea that potions is his favorite subjects. no, i think his favorite subject is/was ancients runes and he should get to be a little autistic about them. 

V: CURSED ERA / TAG: HOW AND WHEN TO LET GO.

anything that happens within the cursed era happens here; so, anything revolving around any next gens whether they be draco's own kids or other next gens.

V: REGENCY AU / TAG: DEAR FIRST LOVE.

a regency, bridgerton-style, no magic alternate universe. the malfoy family rose to power after draco's father married his mother to cover up the scandal of lucius' original betrothed, andromeda, running away - because the black family were at the rank of dukes and duchesses, and lucius was only a baron, he rose to the rank of duke. draco in this universe is a well respected doctor. that's kind of all i have planned for him at this moment, more tbd.
