This policy explains how the App handles information. It applies to the App as distributed on Google Play and to any updates we publish there. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or apps that you may reach from outside the App.
We have designed the App so that we do not collect any personally identifiable information. In particular, the App does not:
require an account, sign-in, or email address;
use analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting SDKs;
track advertising identifiers or build advertising profiles;
transmit gameplay data, device identifiers, or usage statistics to any server operated by us or by a third party;
request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
To preserve your experience between sessions, the App may store information such as game progress, settings, best times, and last-played state locally on your device. This data is written to the App’s private storage area managed by Android and is never transmitted off your device. Uninstalling the App removes all such data.
The App operates using only the default set of capabilities granted to installed Android apps. It does not request runtime permissions for sensitive device features (location, contacts, storage outside its own sandbox, camera, microphone, or background network access).
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or social-login services. No third-party SDKs receive data about your use of the App.
The App is designed to work fully offline. It does not require a network connection for its core functionality and does not make background network calls to services operated by us.
Because we do not collect data, we hold no personal data about you and therefore have nothing to retain or delete on our servers. Local data stored on your device remains there for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App deletes that local data.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws (including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and similar laws in other regions) may give you rights such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict processing.
Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no personal data we can access, correct, delete, transmit, or restrict on your behalf. If you wish to remove the local data the App has stored on your device, you can uninstall the App at any time. If you believe we hold data about you despite the above, you may contact us using the details in Section 12.
The App is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that the App has somehow obtained information from your child, please contact us so we can investigate.
The App is made available worldwide through Google Play. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, no international data transfers take place as a result of your use of the App.
Local data saved by the App is stored in the App’s private storage directory, which is protected by Android’s standard per-application sandboxing. No custom encryption is applied because no sensitive personal data is handled. No data is transmitted, so no transport-layer security is required for data we collect.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App, in the platforms it runs on, or in applicable law. The current version will always be published at the same URL where you are reading this now, and the “Effective date” at the top will be updated to reflect the change. Material changes will be surfaced prominently, for example by updating the App’s description on Google Play.
