Gridlock: Neon Nexus (the "App") is a 2D offline grid puzzle game built for mobile devices. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user information.

1. ZERO DATA COLLECTION

The App is built to run entirely offline on your local device. 

- We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data, device identifiers, or usage statistics.

- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information.

2. LOCAL GAME STATES

All game progression data, settings, current scores, and local high scores are stored locally in-memory or in your device's local secure sandbox (ephemeral preferences storage).

- This data remains on your physical device at all times.

- This data is never sent to any external server or database.

- Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App will permanently delete your local scores and configurations.

3. NO THIRD-PARTY APIS, SDKS, OR PLUGINS

The App does not integrate with any external third-party services:

- No advertising networks or tracking SDKs.

- No analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics).

- No social logins (e.g., Facebook, Google Sign-In).

- No cloud databases or REST APIs.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Because the App does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect or request information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Since the App is offline and has no communication functionality, we encourage you to review the local policy files for any updates.
