## 1. Zero Transmission of Artwork & Local Storage
* **100% On-Device Processing:** All images, photos, reference pictures, grid configurations, and artwork imported or created in Grid & Sketch are processed and stored exclusively on your physical device.
* **No Server Uploads:** We do not operate external cloud servers or databases that store, collect, or transmit your photos, sketches, or artwork. Your creative works belong strictly to you.
* **Local Sandbox Storage:** App configurations and saved projects are stored securely in the app's private sandbox directory (`context.filesDir`) on your device.

## 2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)
Grid & Sketch is a free-to-use utility supported by advertising. We do not collect personal information directly. However, we integrate **Google AdMob** (a Google Play Certified Ad Network) to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and process certain device and operational data:
* **Device Identifiers:** Advertising ID (AAID) and device identifiers (used for fraud prevention, security, and ad delivery).
* **Ad Interactions:** Information regarding ad impressions, clicks, and views to measure performance.

## 3. In-App Purchases (Optional Ad Removal)
Grid & Sketch offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase allowing users to permanently remove all advertisements ("Remove Ads / Ad-Free Version").
* **Processed Securely by Google Play:** All transactions and payment processing are managed exclusively by **Google Play In-App Billing**.
* **Zero Access to Financial Data:** We do not collect, receive, access, or store your credit/debit card numbers, bank details, billing addresses, or payment credentials. All billing details are securely collected and processed by Google LLC in accordance with the [Google Play Terms of Service](https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/) and [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
* **Purchase Verification & Entitlement:** The app only receives an anonymous purchase token / confirmation receipt from Google Play to verify your active entitlement. This receipt is used solely to permanently deactivate ads on your device.
* **Restoration of Purchases:** Because purchases are linked to your Google account, you can restore your ad-free purchase on any supported Android device logged into the same Google Play account at no additional charge.

Grid & Sketch is designed for a general audience, including students, hobbyists, and artists of all ages. We take children’s online safety very seriously and comply strictly with the **Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)**, the **EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K)**, and the **Google Play Families Policy**.
### Neutral Age Screen
* Upon first launch, the app presents a neutral age verification screen without pre-selected defaults or bias.
* **Users under the age of digital consent (under 16 / under 13):**
* The app automatically configures Google AdMob with:
* `tagForChildDirectedTreatment = TRUE`
* `tagForUnderAgeOfConsent = TRUE`
* `maxAdContentRating = G` (General audience rating only)
* **No Behavioral Tracking:** No personal profiling, interest-based tracking, or Advertising ID (AAID) is collected or used for advertising.

* **Photos & Media / Storage:** Used only to allow you to select a reference image from your device gallery or camera to display on your grid canvas. Selected images remain strictly on your phone.

* **No Accounts Required:** Grid & Sketch does not require account creation, registration, email sign-in, or social logins.
* **Data Deletion:** Because all user projects and settings are stored locally on your device, you can delete all data at any time simply by clearing app storage in your device Settings or uninstalling the app.
