This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Big Roller: Skyfoundry, referred to in this policy as the “App.”
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App.
1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
The App may process information required to provide and maintain the game experience.
This may include:
- Gameplay progress;
- Building levels and district restoration progress;
- Crew members, assignments, energy, and experience;
- Resources, recipes, production jobs, and expedition status;
- Research progress, achievements, and objectives;
- App preferences and gameplay settings;
- Save files created through the App’s export feature;
- Technical information needed to maintain app stability and performance.
Gameplay data is primarily stored locally on your device. The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, postal address, or payment information to play the core game.
2. DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When the App operates, limited technical information may be processed to support reliability and performance. This may include:
- Device model;
- Operating system version;
- App version;
- Language and region settings;
- Crash information;
- Performance information;
- General diagnostic information;
- General interaction events related to app functionality.
This information is used to identify technical problems, improve stability, understand feature performance, and maintain the App.
3. DEVICE IDENTIFIERS AND TRACKING PERMISSION
The App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to access a device identifier.
The permission request explains that the identifier is used only to improve the App experience. Access is not granted unless you provide permission through the Apple system prompt.
You may deny the permission request or change your decision at any time in the iOS Privacy & Security settings. Declining tracking permission does not prevent access to the core game.
The App does not require tracking permission in order to provide ordinary gameplay functionality.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information may be used for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App;
- To store and restore gameplay progress;
- To maintain app preferences and settings;
- To support save import, export, and local backup functions;
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems;
- To improve app stability, usability, balance, and performance;

5. LOCAL GAMEPLAY DATA
The App is designed to keep core gameplay progress on your device.
Locally stored gameplay information may include resources, buildings, crew progress, research, achievements, settings, and restoration progress.
You can delete local gameplay information by resetting progress, deleting the App, or using available save management controls.
Deleting the App or resetting the game may permanently remove locally stored progress.
6. SAVE EXPORT AND IMPORT
The App may allow you to export gameplay progress as a JSON save file.
An exported save file may contain gameplay progress, resource balances, building information, crew information, research progress, achievements, and app preferences.
Exported save files are created only when you choose to use the export feature. You decide where the file is saved and whether it is shared with another app, service, device, or person.
The developer does not automatically receive a save file that you export.
Anyone who obtains an exported save file may be able to view or import its contents. You are responsible for protecting exported files and sharing them only with people or services you trust.
Imported save files are validated by the App before they are used. Importing a save may replace current gameplay progress.
7. VIRTUAL CURRENCIES AND RESOURCES
The App contains fictional virtual gameplay resources, including Lumen, Alloy, Crystal, Seed, and Food.
These resources:
- Are used only inside the App;
- Have no real-world monetary value;
- Cannot be redeemed for money or goods;
- Cannot be transferred to another user;
- Cannot be sold, withdrawn, or exchanged outside the App;
- Are not cryptocurrency or a financial instrument;
- Are not purchased with real money.
Virtual resources are part of the single-player gameplay system and do not represent property, funds, credits, or any other form of real-world value.
8. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information.
Limited information may be processed by service providers that support app diagnostics, performance measurement, technical operations, security, or platform functionality.
Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and according to applicable agreements or privacy terms.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation;
- Respond to a lawful request from a government authority;
- Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Protect the safety, rights, or property of users;

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until you delete it, replace it with another save, reset the game, or uninstall the App.
Exported save files remain wherever you choose to store them until you delete them.
Technical and diagnostic information, when processed, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, legal compliance, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
When information is no longer needed, reasonable steps may be taken to delete it or remove its direct association with the App.
11. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no device, storage system, network, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, keeping your operating system updated, and safeguarding any save files you export.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children for gameplay access.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, please contact us using the details below. We will review the request and take reasonable steps as required by applicable law.
13. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, including:

- The right to request deletion;

The App is distributed through Apple’s platforms. Apple may process information according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
The App does not control Apple’s independent processing activities.
