2-day & 3-day trekking Level : Easy
First day :
-Departing from Banlung and venturing north by boat along the Sesan River, we dock the boat 45 minutes later and begin hiking for 3-hours through moderately difficult hilly jungle to arrive at a 40 meter tall waterfall, Riyus, where our animist Kachok guides offer whiskey and other sacrifices to the spirit of the waterfall. We sleep at the waterfall one night, and by night you can take a night trek to see animals like slow lorises, giant owls, butterflies and all the other creatures that emerge from the jungle by night.
*if you choose to do it only 2-day we will not trek to the stone-field, we ‘ll trek up and down through the jungle for -4hours, during this activities trek our English speaking guide will explain you about natural resources likes : Trees, plants, and animals if we seem, trekking as a loop back to have lunch in the minority village and visit their ancient cemetery. We will finished our tour and back the Banlung city at 4-5pm.
Continue the the 3-day activities :
–In the morning, after coffee served in a bamboo cup and a breakfast provided by the guides, we continue hiking about 3-more hours through the untouched jungle to the stone-field with lovely running crossing stream easy to rinse our sweet off !After lunch you can decide to do another camping near by another small river surrounded by bamboo forest or village home-stay instead of, if you choose to do another camping we will walking for 2-more hours but if you choose to do the home-stay we have to walk for 3-more hours by different trails.
-After breakfast and coffee from the second camping to the village for our last lunch we do trekking about 3-hours to get there, but if our over-night in the ethnic minority village we will get back faster!.
“Kospeak”,is a remote tribe consisting of two villages that is very similar to the much larger Kreung people. We stay with the family for the night if you would like, experiencing the animist culture of the tribal people of Kachock.At the end of the both choices we will still can visiting their ancient cemetery before we take the boat back….
