BARANGAY PUNANG, MUNICIPALITY OF SOFRONIO ESPANOLA PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

It is bounded on the north by the Municipality of Narra, on the south by the Municipality of Brooke’s Point, on the east by the Sulu Sea; and on the West by the Municipality of Quezon. 

250 Hectares located in Sofronio Espanola, Palawan; 

225 hectares have been planted with Rubber Trees 50 hectares of which (25,000 rubber trees) are full-grown and ready for latex tapping.

 The entire 250 hectares can be fully operational after 1 year to give time for rehabilitation and redevelopment.

 Other suitable crops such as pepper, tea, turmeric, etc may be planted in between the rubber trees to maximize the productivity of the entire 250 hectares.
