Green Transport & Logistics ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Green Transport & Logistics mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you use the App, you provide information required to complete a booking, as well as optional details to support your shipment. Required information includes your login details (email address and password), job type, shipping line, and shipping type. Optional information includes client reference, NXP number, and any documents or photos you choose to upload. Together, these may include text data, files, and photos.
In addition, certain technical information is collected automatically, such as your device type, operating system version, IP address, and mobile network information. This information is logged automatically by Zoho, our backend service provider, to support security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
We use the information you provide to create and manage logistics bookings, store related documentation, and allow you to track shipments. Uploaded files and photos are processed as part of shipment documentation. Information is stored securely in our servers and used only to provide the services you request. Automatically collected technical data is used for troubleshooting, security, and improving service performance.
The App is built using Zoho Creator and integrates with Zoho Books. Data you provide is transmitted to and processed by Zoho as part of our backend infrastructure to enable bookings, documentation, and shipment tracking. Zoho acts as our service provider and processes this data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or other external third parties for marketing purposes.
To allow you to upload files and documents, the App may request access to your device’s camera and storage. Camera access is used for capturing and uploading photos or documents, while storage access is used for selecting and uploading files stored on your device.
This App does not use third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or payments. All backend services and processing are handled securely through Zoho Creator and Zoho Books.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Uploaded documents, photos, and shipment data are stored in accordance with company practices and applicable regulatory obligations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data processed through Zoho Creator and Zoho Books is encrypted and hosted securely by Zoho.
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted here along with the revised date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
