Update 11/27/24:

It is with a heavy heart that I've decided to pause the fund once again. While times continue to be hard for so many of us, we haven't been able to rally as much generosity to justify keeping the fund going right now. The last thing I want to do is spread false hope, especially to those who need it most. 

Thank you to everyone who applied for a grant, gave advice, donated their money and energy, and made this fund as special and successful as it was. 

We have sent a total of 2751 grants and raised $276,130.00 (48 grants in 2024 and 12,000 total raised).
