Many famous and legendary figures once were in your position, grappling with what to write in their essays as they aimed for the best universities. Look no further than the mighty Zeus himself! After defeating the Titans, he quickly proved his smarts by completing his B.A and M.B.A at the prestigious School of Athens. He is not the only one in his family to have utilized his brains as Athena, the goddess of wisdom of herself, has also experienced the Greek Common Application! Her highlights of using her wisdom and wits as taken her far places, leading her to become the curator of curriculum at the University of Olympus and recipient of the prestigious Eirene Peace Prize.
As you can see by now, the Greek Common Application has the power to take you from a no name, low deity to the star among sitting among the best on Mount Olympus. All that matters is who you are, what you have, and how you will present yourself.
The application process is easy! All you need to do is submit your resume, personal essay, recommendation letters, transcript and an application fee of 50 drachma. If you are lucky you might even earn an application fee waiver!
Going to college can be a scary endeavor, but if there is one thing that you can learn from the many gods and goddesses it is to be yourself! Take advantage of your strengths and work on your weaknesses, but do not get carried away. You do not have to look far to see the cautionary tale of Dionysus and his many escapades partying on Greek row. Stay true to yourself, and write the best essays you can.
