AIRLINES/FLIGHTS:

Travelers Details Due: 30 days before Travel

Payment Plans are customized per each traveler.

All Connecting Flights to Miami will be sold separately

Due to exclusivity and security purposes all participants must travel to Barbados as a group

Departure dates are flexible - option of 3 nights, 5 nights, or 7 nights

Travel Insurance will be offered, but optional.

Change Fee will incur an automatic administration fee of $25.00 plus the Fare Difference per traveler

FLIGHT CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL RESERVATIONS have a $60 Non-Refundable Deposit cancellation fee, assigned upon booking.

All Cancellation requests must be cancelled by 2/28/2021; no refunds offered after this date.

Cancellation & Deposit Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation

BAGGAGE FEES:

AIRPORT SECURITY & IMMIGRATION:

Passports and/or VISAs may be required; please check the immigration requirements before departure date.

All Participants must go through the Immigration Process

Please have all required documents ready for Immigration Officers

An International Entry Form May be issued onboard or completed digitally upon arrival.

The Forms are to encompass all persons within your household or family.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel accommodations will not be secured for August 4, 2021. Book reservations at your own leisure.

EDUCATION & CE COURSE CREDITS

Only licensed REALTORS are able to earn CE Credits

All attendance and participation requirements for classes are strictly enforced
