This workshop aims to gather young researchers and PhD students interested in topics related with the study of the Grothendieck ring of varieties, with a particular focus on its liks with the study of derived categories. The intention is to both give some overviews on recent results, and to give the opportunity to exchange ideas and work together. We encourage the participants, especially PhD students to contribute to the workshop with a small - 15 minutes talk.
The conference will be held at the Department of Mathematics G. Peano, University of Turin, in person only. The room of the conference is "Aula Lagrange", on the first floor. Should this situation change, we will update the participants as soon as possible.
