"Nathan Higgins was hired by the Foundation in April 2015 following an encounter where his vehicle was involved in a collision with a cargo van belonging to MTF Delta-5, carrying cargo confiscated during a raid on an MC&D warehouse. Following standard procedure, he was sent to Site-65 for questioning to determine if foul play was involved, which resulted in no suspicion following our conversation. He did note his recent discharge from the military, and after taking note of his relevant previous experience, decided to give him an offer of employment at the Foundation."
