I been playing vice city, might have had a similar problem in gta 3 but didn't notice it till vice city. But if it was, it wasn't as bad as it is in vice city. Sometimes there is just no cars. I either have to wait it out and maybe 1 or 2 come or move to another area and still find almost no cars. Anyone else see that occur?

Dont get rid of vice city as yet...preserve it in the form the best and most true total conversion out there: Final Justice.

You will find yourself firmly in the eighties driving around in real life high poly muscle cars made by the most experienced modelers in the community. Only the best of the best cars are featured in this mod. All vehicles have been tweaked to handle perfectly as they should in real life. The original vice city traffic system is maintained with sports cars replacing sports, sedans replacing sedans, convertables replacing convertibles etc. You will find some of the most famous 80s and pre 80s era models like the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, Pontiac Firebird, Chevrolet Chevelle (streetmachine), Ford Shelby Mustang GT500E etc in this mod.

I have also made custom real life cop car sound effects to replace the original annoying cop car siren. Now you can enjoy police pursuits listening to sirens recorded from real cop cars. Furthermore I have always felt the need to add more than one sport bike in the game and have achieved that goal in this mod! Now you will find the highest quality bikes ever made for vice city such as the Ducati 996s replacing the Pcj600, Suzuki GSXR100 replacing the freeway and the Yamaha YZFR1 replacing the angel. Since the freeway and the angel bikes are not used that often in the game, i replaced them with two additonal sport bikes for tripple the fun!! dont worry all have the correct animations and sounds.

In GTA VC, I have the freedom to explore the city in various ways, including by foot, bicycle, and car. This freedom allows me to simulate different transportation scenarios. For instance, what would happen if more people chose to walk or bike instead of driving? How would this impact traffic congestion and air quality? What infrastructural changes would be needed to support this?

See, I didn't even want to do the missions in Vice City, I was just there to drive cars. And not unlike my obsession with The Sims, I'd pretend I was actually in this world, orchestrating stories of my own; doing pretty mundane things in the grand scheme of things, but to me, it was the most exciting way to spend my free time. A few years later, I stepped in the world of GTA: San Andreas and ended up doing much the same thing. The missions may as well have been the background score to what I considered the main event: the world itself. I was all about the granular things you could do within it, be that eating at a fast food restaurant, adhering to traffic laws, or riding a BMX bike through the neighborhood.

Bad traffic is enough to drive anyone nuts, especially in Lagos, Nigeria, where nightmarish gridlock prevents commuters from reaching work for hours, occasionally for days. But some say authorities have gone too far in ordering traffic offenders to undergo psychiatric evaluations. Authorities blame exasperated drivers who brazenly jump curbs and drive on the wrong side of the street for the city's infamous traffic jams. "Let us see if these people are mentally balanced. We have to end this insanity," said a Traffic Ministry spokesman. Police officers also impound violators' vehicles and slap offenders with enormous fines. "I begged them," said a Lagos chauffeur. "They took all my money and said they wouldn't arrest me only because I am a gentleman."

In a victory for real estate developers seeking to erect several huge buildings in downtown Los Angeles, a Superior Court judge Thursday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to block one project on the grounds that city officials had not fully assessed the traffic it might generate. 2351a5e196
