Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Reports + ("the App"), published by STEPWELL APP LTD ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App on iOS. We designed the App so that your data stays on your device.
1. Information processed on your device
• Account sign-in: Connecting an account is optional. Sign-in takes place on the official login page, and we never see, receive or store your password. Your signed-in state is kept securely on your device only, so you don't have to sign in again each time.
• Reports: The reports you see in the App (such as follower and following changes) are created and stored on your device only. They are not sent to our servers, and we do not share them with anyone.
• Photos: Photos you select for editing tools (editor, filters, collage, grid, covers) are processed on your device. The App only accesses the photos you pick, and it asks for permission before saving results to your photo library. Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo.
• Settings: Preferences such as reminder settings are stored locally on your device.
You can remove all of this data at any time by signing out in Settings or by deleting the App.
2. Information collected by third-party services
The App uses the following services, which may collect limited technical information under their own privacy policies:
• RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy): manages subscriptions and restores purchases. May process an anonymous app user ID, purchase history, device and app version.
• Apple App Store (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/): payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment details.
• Google AdMob (https://policies.google.com/privacy): shows ads to non-subscribers. May process device identifiers, the advertising identifier (IDFA, only with your permission), ad interactions and approximate location from IP address.
• Meta (Facebook) SDK (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/): measures app installs and ad performance. May process app events, device information and the IDFA (only with your permission).
• OneSignal (https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy): sends push notifications. May process a push token, device type, language and app usage timestamps.
• Google Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy): delivers trend image packs. May process technical request data such as IP address and device information.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Tracking and personalized ads
The App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for tracking or personalized ads. If you decline, ads are not personalized based on tracking. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
4. Notifications
The App can send local reminders and push notifications only if you allow notifications. You can turn reminders off in the App's Settings, or disable all notifications in iOS Settings.
5. Instagram
Reports + is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data retention and your rights
Because your reports are stored only on your device, you control them: signing out or deleting the App removes them. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held by the third-party services listed above. Contact us and we will help you with any request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
