Is it safe to connect my Instagram account?
Sign-in takes place on the official login page. We never see or store your password, and your reports are kept only on your device.
Can I try the App without connecting an account?
Yes. Tap "Try the demo" on the Analytics tab to explore the reports with sample data. All photo tools work without an account.
Why are my reports not updating?
Reports refresh after each analysis. For account security a short waiting period applies between analyses. Check your internet connection, and if Instagram asks you to verify your account, complete the verification and try again.
Instagram asked me to verify my account. What should I do?
Complete the verification Instagram shows, then return to the App. If the problem continues, sign out in Settings and connect your account again.
How do I restore my Premium subscription?
Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases", using the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Reports + and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off reminders?
Open Settings in the App and switch off Reminders, or disable notifications for Reports + in iOS Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Sign out in the App's Settings or delete the App. Your reports are stored only on your device and are removed with it.
Is Reports + affiliated with Instagram?
No. Reports + is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
