Grady Raines

I am a doctoral candidate at Cornell’s Johnson School of Business. This summer, I will join the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University as an Assistant Professor.

I study how public policies, social norms and their interactions shape entrepreneurship and organizations. I use quasi-experimental methods and randomized experiments. 

My research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, and has been recognized as a Best Paper at the Academy of Management Conference
