Grady Raines

I am a doctoral candidate at Cornell's Johnson School of Business on the job market in 2025–2026.

I study how public policies, social norms and their interactions shape entrepreneurship and organizations. I use quasi-experimental methods and randomized experiments. 

My research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, is accepted at the Strategic Management Journal, and has been recognized as a Best Paper at the Academy of Management Conference
