## 2. What Data We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect the absolute minimum data required to provide you with our core service:
- **Text Prompts (User Input):** We collect the text descriptions, style selections, and keywords you explicitly type into the App’s prompt text box when describing the graduation dress you want to design. *This data is collected only when you press the "Generate" button.*
- **Photo Library Access (Add-Only):** We request "Add-Only" (Write-Only) permission to your device's photo gallery. *This permission is requested only if you tap the "Save" button to download a generated dress image.* We do not read, scan, upload, or modify any existing photos on your device.
**We DO NOT collect:** Your name, email address, physical address, phone number, contacts, location data, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).
## 3. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:
- **Image Generation:** Your text prompts are used exclusively to generate the custom graduation dress concepts you requested.
- **Saving Images:** Your Add-Only photo library permission is used exclusively to save the final generated image to your device upon your explicit request.
## 4. Sharing Data with Third-Party AI Services
To generate high-quality AI images, your text prompts must be processed by industry-leading third-party Artificial Intelligence providers.
Before any data is transmitted, the App displays an in-app consent modal disclosing what data is being sent and to whom. You must explicitly tap "I Agree" to grant permission before your data is shared.
**Who we share your data with:**
1. **OpenAI, LLC:** We send your raw text prompt to OpenAI's API to enhance and translate your description into a highly detailed English prompt optimized for fashion image generation.
2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** We send the enhanced text prompt to Replicate's API (utilizing FLUX models) to visually render and generate the actual image of the graduation dress.
**What data is sent:** Only the text descriptions of the dress you typed into the app. **No personal identifiers, device IDs, or IP addresses are linked to these prompts.**
**Equal Protection Guarantee:** We confirm that our third-party AI partners (OpenAI, LLC and Replicate, Inc.) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They process the prompts securely, do not attempt to de-anonymize the data, and employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
## 5. Data Retention and Security
Your text prompts are processed in real-time by our AI partners and are not permanently stored on our servers. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information during transmission. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, no security measures are 100% impenetrable.
## 6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13.
