My Professional Development Plan demonstrates my readiness as a prepared and effective CTE professional. My PDP shows that I effectively collaborate with colleagues, including core area teachers, to enhance student learning by seeking out information from experienced professionals. Additionally, it shows my leadership and commitment to the CTE profession by taking additional time to find the perfect match for industry partners and taking classes to further my knowledge. My PDP demonstrates my strong pedagogical skills and knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies by implementing classroom management materials. I will apply these ideas to my STS program by continuing to learn about my profession and seeking help from others. 

My OSHA 10 certification demonstrates my readiness as a prepared and effective CTE professional. Specifically, my OSHA 10 certification shows my leadership and commitment to my CTE program by highlighting my views on safety as the number one factor in the lab. Furthermore, my OSHA 10 certification shows that I possess up-to-date knowledge and skills within STS, as it includes assessment of safety within the programs of study. Lastly, it shows that I am engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance my knowledge and skills within my STS program. I will apply these ideas to my STS program and implement safe learning and teaching practices.
