This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device Identifiers
To provide registration-free usage, we collect anonymous device identifiers (such as Android ID and a randomly generated device fingerprint UUID) to create and identify your guest account.
1.2 Account Information
If you choose to link your Google account, we receive the public profile information provided by Google (name, email address, avatar URL) for account display and data recovery.
1.3 Creation Content
The text descriptions (prompts) you enter, the images you actively upload, and related task metadata (quality tier, duration, resolution, etc.) are transmitted to our servers (api.wan30.store) to complete video generation.
1.4 Purchase Information
Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed through Google Play, with RevenueCat providing subscription status management. We never have access to your payment card number or other sensitive payment information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the above information only to:
1. Provide core services such as video generation;
2. Maintain your credit balance, task history and subscription status;
3. Troubleshoot issues and improve the service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, nor do we use it for targeted advertising.
3. Storage and Security
3.1 Your account and task data are stored on our cloud servers. All transmission uses HTTPS encryption, and key request parameters are encrypted with AES-256.
3.2 Generated video files are stored on a content delivery network (CDN). Links are visible only to you, and we do not publicly display your works.
3.3 We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services; please refer to their official websites for their privacy policies:
1. Google Sign-In (account login)
2. Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)
3. RevenueCat (subscription status management)
4. Catbox (temporary hosting of user-uploaded images for image-to-video)
5. Your Rights
5.1 You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in Google Play subscription management.
5.2 You may delete your account at any time (see Section 6).
6. Account Deletion
In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, the App(AI Video) provides a clear account deletion path:
6.1 How to delete: open the App → go to the "Profile" page → tap "Delete Account" at the bottom → confirm in the dialog. Deletion takes effect immediately — no need to contact support and no review wait.
6.2 Scope of deletion: your account information (user ID, device identifier linkage), credit balance (gems/coins), all generation tasks and work records, and subscription records will be permanently erased from our servers.
6.3 Effective time: deletion takes effect in real time and data cannot be recovered.
6.4 Notes: deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first in Google Play subscription management to avoid further charges. Amounts already paid are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
6.5 If you cannot use the in-app deletion feature, you may initiate a deletion request via the contact email in Section 9, and we will process it within 7 business days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
