When you register and manage a GptSolve account, we will collect relevant information, including username, e-mails, password of your choice.
1.1.2 Usage Information
When you upload the pictures from your album, we will collect the data about camera, album, storage and other relevant information to identify the question by OCR.
To provide complete functions, you may be asked to consent to the following:
(1) Camera permissions: used to take pictures of questions;
(2) Storage permissions: used to save the solution results locally;
(3) Network permissions: used to upload pictures and obtain generated results.
All permissions are enabled only after the user's authorization, and the relevant data is only used when necessary and is protected by encryption technology.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use GptSolve, we may collect certain device and network connection information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system version, part of your system settings (such as language). We may also collect service-related and performance information (such as search record).
1.3 Information Provided by Third Party
We may collect and use information from a third party with your prior consent. Please read agreement and privacy policy of third party carefully. We do not condition your use of the Service on the disclosure of more information than necessary. But your refusal may result the incompleteness of the functions of GptSolve.

Please note that if you choose to turn off certain permissions, the normal use of some core functions may be affected.
(3) Privary rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information; (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. The Service is not designed for minors under 13 years old. You must be at least 13 years old and/or meet the related age requirements of your jurisdiction to use GptSolve. Your shall obtain parental and/or guardian consent if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the access to our Application once we are aware that you do not meet the age requirement or your parent and/or guardian consent is not given.
8. Regional Regulation
8.1 Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom
GptSolve is the data controller of the personal data we handle under this Policy. Our legal grounds for processing your personal data include contractual commitments, your consent, legitimate interests, and legal compliance. We only collect and use your information necessary for problem-solving (such as answer record). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. 8.2 Residents of Nevada
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to unaffiliated parties.
8.3 Residents of United State
If GptSolve is adopted by the educational agency or institution stipulated in Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we will only use and disclose your information in certain circumstances described in FERPA (including but not limited to collect data based on the principle of minimization, encrypts the sensitivity information).
If you are resident of California, we provide detailed information about the categories of personal information and sensitive personal information we collect and disclose for business or commercial purposes under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents can make requests about their personal information as described in this Policy.
